Briefly about my clinical psychology practice
As a clinical psychologist, an important feature for me is for you to have a safe and comfortable space to open up and speak freely, while also learning new ways to manage the stressors in your life. I take a compassionate, warm and non-judgemental approach, with the primary of aim supporting your overall wellbeing.

I take a warm and inviting approach to therapy, with the aim of providing you with a safe and comfortable space to explore the challenges that you may currently face. I take a compassionate solutions-focused approach, providing you with the skills you need to make changes in your life. Ultimately, I work with you to feel more effective and empowered, and to help you get the most out of your life.
