Briefly about my clinical psychology practice

As a clinical psychologist, an important feature for me is for you to have a safe and comfortable space to open up and speak freely, while also learning new ways to manage the stressors in your life. I take a compassionate, warm and non-judgemental approach, with the primary of aim supporting your overall wellbeing.

  • $220 per 50-minute telehealth video session (I do not offer in-person sessions).

I take a warm and inviting approach to therapy, with the aim of providing you with a safe and comfortable space to explore the challenges that you may currently face. I take a compassionate solutions-focused approach, providing you with the skills you need to make changes in your life. Ultimately, I work with you to feel more effective and empowered, and to help you get the most out of your life.

    • I established Mind Coach NYC to provide an evidence-based support service for people looking to get more out of their lives.

    • Through my clinically informed coaching, I worked with a wide range of individuals to provide support for careers, relationships, and everything in between. From working with CEOs of rapidly growing start-ups, to people who were looking to change their careers, the focus of my coaching is to increase the potential and wellbeing of all individuals.

    • Areas of focus included relationship challenges, work issues, self-criticism, self-doubt and stress.

  • Meditation teacher at Aura Health App, 2017—present.​

    • I am a meditation teacher and coach on Aura, a meditation app designed to support individuals with their emotional health and sleep. My coaching channel has had 110k+ plays and my meditation channel has 25k+ subscribers, with 330k+ plays.
