Briefly about my clinical psychology practice

Welcome, just a little about me, I practice Clinical Psychology using evidence-based therapeutic approaches and much of my work is from a psychodynamic perspective, with a welcoming and respectful approach. I have nearly 20 years of experience in private practice supporting people from different backgrounds and ages including children, adolescents, adults, couples and families, although I now see only individual adults or teenagers in session.

My goal, style and approach in session

I offer a respectful style and a professional process driven by the goals set with clients to reach the desired outcomes. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, techniques and strategies to collaboratively design an intervention that will benefit the client. I prioritise building a positive relationship to provide an encouraging and comfortable therapeutic space.
